This is close or aimed at a German Hefeweissen style beer. I measure all hefe’s against the gold standard that is Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan Hefewiessen and his beer is not that, but shares some of the qualities (unfiltered, mildly creamy texture, banana and clove). It’s one of the best of it’s style that I’ve had from breweries in America. An all seasons, balanced beer.
