Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return for a refund (less shipping charges) within 7 days. After 7 days, you may exchange for items of equal or lesser value or gift store credit within 30 days of purchase.  

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or phone (336) 603-8156. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
    • We request using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds (less shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • If a refund is not possible due to the condition of the returned item, we will offer you store credit.
  5. Store Credit:
    • As an alternative to a refund to the original payment method, we may offer store credit for eligible returns. Store Credit can be used for future purchases.
